IN PERPETUAL EVOLUTION - 2005-2012 - NOW TOURING

Twice

A CHOREOGRAPHIC PERFORMANCE WITH VIDEO

« A slow metamorphosis, a mise en abyme, a story within a story… from the infinitely huge to the infinitely tiny. »
Twice plays with the way we see things and in doing so, changes our perspective. A reflective architectural structure draws in fiction and reality, only to melt them into the same vision.

Seized in a form of weightlessness, the bodies slide through the space, crawl up the surface, creating a kind of mutation. They experiment with this in a troubling process of metamorphosis.
A striking departure from our everyday perspective of the world. Momentarily, we lose our bearings.
In this project, we’re investigating the question of metamorphosis and mutation in the world we have built for ourselves and in which we live and evolve.
